Tools and Dependencies

To run aegaeon, you will need to install at least the following dependencies:

• A modern java JDK, at least version 8.0.
• A supported database (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• The latest version of Apache Tomcat.

Optionally, you can also install:

• Flyway or an SQL client for your selected database.
